There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation
