Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

The large panoramic window overlooking a natural lake can also be enjoyed from the bed. Relaxed moments are also possible with the beach chair on the covered terrace under the tree house. The tree house is equipped with a 1.40 m x 2 m box spring bed (linen included) as well as a kettle, tea, coffee and a heater.
