The Little House

The Little House is anything but "little". Recently restored & beautifully extended, the cottage dates back to the mid-19th century, set in the rural village of Curridge, Berkshire. Set within a large garden, TLH has 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, with plenty of space to host family & friends in picturesque surroundings, including a bar, entertaining patio & ample parking. A welcoming & comfortable property offering a variety of possible uses such as a fabulous family break & get-together occasions.

Each flat has AC Heating, Luxury wetroom, Breakfast kitchen (coffee machine), bar to eat or work at. Fast broadband. There is a flatscreen with netflix that you can watch in bed or on our large velvet sofa. Enjoy all year round luxury; great for country walks/pubs, Bike trails and easy access to Newbury, A34 and Highclere castle.

Prince's Forge is a newly converted cottage with its own private parking and courtyard garden, located on the edge of the downland village of Peasemore. It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.
