A bright and comfortable detached house with a contemporary feel, and a lovely garden and saltwater pool to enjoy. Enjoy sea and sunset views from our two balconies at the level of the tree canopy, with outdoor barbecue and dining on the garden terrace. Sea breezes further cool this private-feeling oasis, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for nighttime comfort. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a perfect base to explore the area, but not suitable for parties. A car is essential.

Just 45 mins away from Barcelona, it is located at the seafront in a quiet area and just a couple of meters away from restaurants, bars and grocery stores. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private parking perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona.
