Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Not only is this apartment ideal for beach lovers, but it also offers a relaxed setting for remote workers seeking an escape from city life. Imagine working in the morning and walking close to the sea in the evening! It promises a comfortable living space designed to meet your needs. With thoughtfully arranged interiors and boho furniture, you'll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. It is a fully equipped cozy apartment close to the beach which provides a great base for exploring the area. The flat is super luminous as it has two big windows from ceiling to floor from where you can have views to a square and the church. It can be open in a format of loft or closed to have a separate bedroom/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle. Only remark is that there are no curtains so if you need complete dark I would advise to bring a sleep mask. You will have the whole apartment for yourself with access to everything (Kitchen, Bathroom, living room). There is a tourist tax of 1.75 euro per person per night on the first 7 nights! (On the +18 yo) The apartment is located in the center of the village next to the main square so when there are local festivities there may be concerts in the square making it noisy in the apartment. The TV is a smart TV connected to internet, allowing use of apps but not having access to local TV channels.
