Refúgio na Montanha is a place for those seeking tranquility, contact with nature and a pleasant climate amidst the beautiful landscapes of Serra da Bocaina. We have a beautiful view of the mountains, where the wind coming from the sea refreshes the environment and brings a unique feeling of freedom. Here you will be greeted by the singing of the birds, the pure air of the mountain and an always cool climate, ideal for those who like cold and starry nights. The site is perfect for couples or solo travelers.

Connection with nature and recovery from balance

3 km from Cunha, in an area of natural regeneration of Mata Atlântica, is the site. I designed a home in a typical rural setting to share with visitors. It has one bedroom with double bed, one living room with sofa bed, one common bathroom and one well equipped kitchen, with wood stove for the typical farm meals. The site is 40 km from Paraty, a colonial city listed as a historical heritage site. In the area it is possible to visit waterfalls and make trails in an area of environmental preservation.

An immersive forest retreat at Aldeia Rizoma

This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

My space is located in the rural area of the city of Paraty, on the road Paraty-Cunha (Route 165). It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is waterfalls with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access, jungle gym, sauna, trails in the forest, therapeutical therapies and you can order nice local food.

It is 27 km from Paraty and 18 km from the center of Cunha. It overlooks araucárias, a tranquil landscape and a beautiful waterfall that is part of the site, available for diving.
