Willkommen in der Waldheimat! Unser Haus liegt auf fast 1000 Meter Seehöhe am Waldrand im Luftkurort Semmering. Wir haben 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine große Küche auf insgesamt etwa 320m2. NEU: Gratis Shuttle während des gesamten Aufenthaltes für alle wichtigen Ziele in der Umgebung. Daher Anreise und Aufenthalt auch rein öffentlich möglich! Das nächste Ski-Gebiet (mit ausreichend Parkplatz) ist 5km entfernt. Für Kinder haben wir ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer.

The place is perfect for families or for couples. In the bedroom there is a high quality queen size bed and there is an additional 2 sleaping space in the living roam . The kitchen is fully equipped with stove,plates, glasses all you need! And we have also a capsule cofee machine,micro, kettle, and Fridge with freezer. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Wagner's Ranch, Blockhütte in absoluter Alleinlage

Unser Ferienhäuschen ist ein kleines Paradies inmitten unberührter Natur und ohne Nachbarn. Das Grundstück befindet sich auf 750 Meter Seehöhe in Hanglage mit einem schönen Ausblick. Es handelt sich um ein rustikales Blockhaus mit einem Wohn- Schlafstudio, einer kleinen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Terasse. Das Bett ist ein rustikales, selbstgebautes Doppel- Stockbett und bietet Platz für 4 Personen.
