Bagno con doccia. Al piano inferiore angolo cottura e soggiorno, con uscita sullo spazio esterno in cotto, e sull'area verde. Splendida vista sui campi e sul mare del golfo di Squillace. Per arrivare è necessaria un'auto con fondo alto, perchè la strada, pur essendo comunale, è dissestata.
