Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Come and enjoy this lovely newly renovated studio, a 10-minute walk to downtown Crest. The kitchenette has a stovetop, microwave/grill, Senseo coffee maker (pods offered), kettle, toaster. The hallway that separates your bathroom from the main room is shared by the guest and the owner (who only uses it to go up to her home). You have a garden and a private terrace. The Drôme River is a 2-minute walk.

A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Le studio est composé d’une mini cuisine, cafetière Dolce Gusto, une salle de bains et un WC indépendants. Notre maison est située sur Crest (2,5 kms du centre ville) dans un quartier très calme et verdoyant. 20 mn à pieds - 5 mn à vélo ou voiture du centre…. Car ça descend….!!! Stationnement avec remorque sans problème. Notre piscine (en saison) et des transats sont à disposition.
