Our place is in a very small village in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the National Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. "IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more.
