The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

On the first floor is a café where breakfast can also be served. (Included) Bicycles can be stored. After consultation, guests are welcome to take a look in the bakery. The apartment, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the essentials. No pets

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
