Atypical chalet of 42m2 with steep garden located 25 minutes from Geneva and 35 minutes from Annecy. Between sky and earth at an altitude of 930 m, panoramic view of the Aravis mountain range. Hiking departure on foot from the cottage. Extra shops in Bonne located 9 minutes by car (super U, gas station, bakery, pharmacy). Nangy toll highway 10 minutes away. Protected natural area, it's not uncommon to see a doe at the back of the garden!

Charming fully renovated studio in an old Haut-Savoyard farmhouse. The setting is bucolic. Independent, it is adjoining the farmhouse and has a private entrance. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, toilet and an equipped kitchen. The environment is very quiet, a path runs along the studio and you can go for a walk on foot when leaving the accommodation. You also have a parking space.

We invite you to come to our 1808 farmhouse which has been renovated. We settled in and added 2 apartments for 6 travellers each. Both have a kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed in every living room and a kid's corner in a home. Free parking on site. ideal for two families or a large group. One of the apartments has a table seating 10 guests.

Nice 48 m² 2-room apartment in a residence. Close to Geneva, Lake Geneva, Lake Annecy and ski resorts. Located both quiet and close to amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants 200 m away). The apartment has a nice sun terrace and a private parking space. Perfect place for couples and solo travelers. No cleaning fee is required but guests must return the apartment as on arrival (clean and tidy)
