The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Alé Duri - Mountain & Climbing House

The house is located a few minutes from the Formazza valley and from Alpe Devero. Its independent position with respect to the town, will allow you to find your space of peace and serenity at all times. The Terme di Premia are also just 1 km away. For climbing lovers, the famous crag of Cadarese is only 1km away and can be easily reached on foot. Most of the others famous walls of Ossola are just a few minutes away by car.

Attic with panoramic views in the small village of Cadarese; in a new, warm and relaxing environment; a stone's throw from the Premia Spa, a few kilometers from the Formazza Valley ski slope, a few meters from the spectacular cliffs for sports climbing enthusiasts. The accommodation consists of an open space with an equipped kitchen and a living room with two sofa beds, a double bedroom, a large bathroom, and a balcony.

The Villa with Fantastic Landscapes

Very large family-owned villa. Our house has a view over the entire valley and is great for both families and hikers/athletes. Inside the house there are spacious closets, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, a bathtub, a shower, a pellet stove and a fireplace. You will also find a cellar, inside which there are outdoor furnishings such as a table and chairs.
