A hiking trail runs in front of the house and can lead to the Choranche caves. Many activities are offered in the surrounding area, we will be happy to provide you with information! Ideally located, Valencia TGV train station is 35 minutes away, as is the Saint Marcellin motorway.

A shopping mall sits at the foot of the building including snack/restaurant/supermarket/laundromat and sports equipment rentals. You will also find outside an air of children's games and fitness for adults, picnic table, boules court and pingpong tables. Access to a regular shuttle will take you to the village center (bowling alley, ice rink, heated pool, casino, etc.).
