At the foot of the vines

30 m2 apartment, newly renovated in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of September, weather permitting, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. The house is very comfortable for 8 people and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends. House located in the heart of the village of Puligny-Montrachet, and completely renovated in 2022. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a sink. There are also 2 toilets in the accommodation, as well as a laundry room + 1 extra bed in the living room (on request) On the ground floor, locked room available to store bicycles, etc. The rental rate also includes cleaning as well as sheets + bath towels. There is a lockbox for self check-in
