The Boathouse is in a highly sought after central location. Parallel to the main street, minutes from cafe's, five-minute drive to the Corowa boat ramp and 2 minutes walk to a supermarket. The property has off-street space for two cars and a boat. Corowa is also close to the 19 wineries including iconic All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyard.
