The medieval Casatorre of the Malaspina family, Tuscany

Una vera casatorre medievale di avvistamento del X secolo dei Malaspina nel borgo di Irola ( Villafranca in Lunigiana, Alta Toscana): un soggiorno raro tra pietra antica, atmosfera d'epoca e comfort moderni. La casa è unica nella zona e conserva dettagli autentici come pietre secolari, tetto a vista in castagno, ed un bagno con doccia nella roccia. It's perfectly placed for a peaceful Italian holiday whether that be sun, sea and sand, culture and incredible scenery, skiing and snow sports or just getting away from it all. Just an hour from three different airports it is easily and cheaply accessible. Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre are all within easy driving distance of the villa.

Casa vacanze Il Borgo is a small jewel entirely made of stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a bathroom and an open space with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. The accommodation has exclusive use of a swimming pool overlooking the Apennines, accessible directly from the kitchen window door. In the external courtyard there is also a gazebo with a table and deckchairs with an umbrella.
