Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with plenty of light. Close to Copenhagen city center and close to the subway. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

A living area is presented with a spacious couch, a colorful artwork, and a floor lamp enhancing the natural light from multiple glass doors. A view of the outdoors is visible through the doors, which open to a balcony area.

Charming and sheltered apartment in Christianshavn, close to nature and nice hiking trails. 400 meters to the metro, shops and bakeries and 15 min walk and 5 min by bike to Indre city and Nyhavn. The apartment is sheltered in a quiet street, and has a sunny balcony with lovely views. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining room, a cozy living room with, bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom with rainfall shower, Sonos and washer/dryer. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed due to allergies. Thank you for your understanding

Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven.
