Wagga Beach and Lake Albert are only a short drive and both have great walking tracks and BBQ areas.

The wildlife that surround the property is abundant, with dozens of kangaroos often found lounging in the floodplains and many bird species occupying the surrounding trees. Shelduck Cottage was a workers cottage that has been lovingly renovated into a cosy, comfortable and welcoming retreat. Nestled into the landscape with farm and dam outlooks you will be part of the birdlife that lives in the habitat nearby and also see the Mountain (Shelduck) ducks that visit in the winter months. Sheep may also be grazing or being mustered past to a fresh paddock. Shelduck has all the modern conveniences, including fast Wi-Fi, Netflix.
