Welcome to “Surfside Serenity,” a fresh, modern and well-appointed 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo only only 1.5 miles to the beach! 1st floor unit - NO stairs! The space sleeps 4 adults comfortably & can accommodate up to 6 if you’d like to utilize the queen sleeper sofa for an amenity charge. We are a privately owned condo in Grand Palms Resort, but their shuttle and extras are not included with this listing. You will enjoy parking for 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

A studio style apartment with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa if you should need it. Complete with black out curtains so getting some shut eye is always an option. We are a family of 5 living on the same property but will always be courteous of our guests being sure to stay out of the way. No motorcycles or pets are permitted. Cameras are on the premises.
