Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Tom's Farm Country Retreat

Escape to this country retreat oozing with character and cherished since 1947 by generations of a single family. Antique, mid-century and boho make a cozy and delightfully modern inside. The property overlooks a creek and 150 acres of field and forest. Pristine quiet with lakes, colleges, breweries so close! This whole house offering, with four bedrooms is ideal for artist retreats, family gatherings, college visits, roadtrips, and long weekends. Tom’s Farm Retreat is a haven of peace.

The Creekside Cottage

The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

Come and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway, less than a mile from the north end of Conneaut Lake. Recently given a complete overhaul and renovation, this compact, cozy efficiency apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including wifi, central air, smart TV, queen sized bed with Nectar mattress, plenty of parking, and a large deck area to enjoy the outdoors. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for multiple vehicles, a boat, or trailer.

Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.
