Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.
