It's an ideal house for family gatherings, catching up with friends, use as a base to discover the area around (trekking, cycling, horse riding...) or just escape the city and relax close to nature. Mickael and Dorothée welcome you to their home in a 28 m2 independent apartment 10 minutes from the Château de Compiègne and 25 minutes by car from the Château de Pierrefonds. The Aisne River passes a few hundred meters away and hiking trails are close to the property. A great place to relax and visit the Compiègnois.

The gite of the trough, for a break

The lodge of the trough was built in an old barn/stable built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its trough, its beams of the forest of Retz and its cut stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. The lodging of the trough was designed and arranged to allow everyone to feel like a second « home ». Calm, aesthetics, attention to detail... ideal for a beautiful experience.
