The home is built into a hill so you will need to walk up a series of steps & stoned in the back from the parking area to enter. Due to this our home may not be ideal for everyone.

With river views and quick access to the hiking and mountain biking trails of Patapsco State Park, it blends nature’s beauty with urban comforts. It is also close to Merriweather Post Pavilion for easy access to concerts and events. The historical essence of the 1809-built house is preserved through a comprehensive 2023 renovation.

Just 1.5 miles from INNER HARBOR/AQUARIUM, 0.5 miles from the M & T Bank stadium, 0.7 miles from Top Golf, and the University of Maryland, 0.9 miles from the Horseshoe Casino, all within walking . Although downtown, the home offers a quiet and serene feeling, with the true literal meaning of your home away from home!

The Crab House - a Private, Waterfront Guest House

Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC.
