Located on the ground floor, it is quiet because it does not overlook the street. Access to the garden may be available upon request.

In our large contemporary house, we offer 1 furnished, private and independent apartment: "Les Roses" of 40 m2 with a private terrace of 12 m2 accessible by a spiral staircase. My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!
