Functional air-conditioned cottage with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is located on our land in front of our family home and next to two adjoining cottages. A large shared swimming pool (open and in operation from June to September) as well as a shared terrace with another cottage with deckchairs and parasol. Shared garden with 2 other cottages. Very well located 15 minutes from the famous Pont du Gard, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 20 minutes from the Last Duchy of France in Uzes.

120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

The song of cicadas resonates between its exposed stones and beams, in a palette of raw tones, enhanced with lavender blue touches. Ideally located a 10-minute walk to Place aux Herbes. The holm oaks

The apartment is independent, quiet with a private terrace, on the ground floor of our house backed by the hill of holm oaks. Designed for two people, it's not suitable for children. The property is fenced, with parking space. As a hygiene measure, no pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed indoors or outdoors. You will stay in a quiet studio with a completely private pool and jacuzzi, in a 1600 m2 garden, independent and fully equipped, 2 km from Pont du Gard, 700 meters from a river beach, 25 km from Avignon and Nîmes and 8 km from Uzès, 1 hour from the Camargue, St Remy de Provence, Arles, the Cévennes, the Ardèche gorges... Breakfast and dinner can be served for an additional fee.

Our mazet is located in Collias, close to hiking / mountain biking, ideal for nature lovers. In a pleasant setting, conducive to rest and relaxation. We live on site in our house, with our 13-year-old son and our dog Gallia. (We do not accept cats due to allergies). The mazet is located at the end of the land, so everyone can keep their private space.
