Apartment located on the border with Francavilla Al Mare, a few minutes' walk from the beach, with an enchanting sea view in a quiet and peaceful green area. Arranged on two levels, upon entering there is a living room with a kitchenette where there is a sofa bed and a full bathroom. Going up you enter the second level, where there is a double bed, a full bathroom and a small terrace. There is a beautiful terrace with sea views and free parking.
