Thank you for being interested in my Airbnb. Please consider the following negative aspects before booking: 1.-The place is NOT centrally located. It is located at the western end of Villa de Álvarez. 2.-Chairies in a small bedroom and bathroom. 3.- Outside noise is heard due to the proximity to the sidewalk and street. Despite the above, the place has everything you need for rest, grooming, and basic food preparation.

Suite María Teresa is a beautiful apartment in a very central location, just 4 blocks from Colima Cathedral. A very cozy space to enjoy as a family or with your partner. All the comforts as if you were at home. The suite is exactly as shown in the pictures, the furniture and utensils are new, as it was recently renovated. The suite does not have a garage to park a vehicle, but you can park right outside the property.
