The bungalow is located on the divide between the two charming villages of Valbonne & Biot in a gated domaine of four individual properties. Guests have shared use of the overflow swimming pool as well as their own cactus garden plus private parking. Many amenities nearby (1km); supermarket, pharmacy, boulangerie (bakery), florist, beautician and restaurant, all within easy access on foot in 10 mins.

Nice Bungalow with a view of the hill

T2 of 32m2 composed of a living room with American kitchen, central island, large fridge, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker (senseo), toaster, kitchen kit... A sofa/bed that can be converted into 140 (can be made available and crib can be made available). TV, Wifi, Air conditioning reversible. A bathroom with shower, sinks, toilets, electric towel dryer. A bedroom with 140 bed, dressing room, electric radiator. Outside small covered and furnished terrace.

This fully equipped mobile home with a beautiful covered terrace can accommodate you for 11 months in the year. It is located in the heart of a 4* campsite in the Gulf of St-Tropez equipped with many structures for children and adults (playgrounds, children's entertainment, swimming pools with slides, water park for the little ones, swimming pool, fitness room, crossfit, pétanque, paddel, tennis...). A perfect spot for everyone and have a wonderful stay.
