Relax in this quiet and elegant house with terrace. A swimming pool available as well as a wooded garden of more than one hectare, in the countryside but 7 minutes from a shopping center. 1st bedroom: 30 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200. 2nd bedroom: 14 m2 with 2 beds 90 x 200 or 1 king size bed. New bedding + duvets + pillows (2025). New washing machine. 2 refrigerators. 20 minutes from the sea: Royan, Talmont sur Gironde. Close to Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron and Ré.

La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Beautiful Gite In The Stunning Cognac Countryside

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

We preserve its old character by keeping the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated swimming pool. House class 3 * for 4 people in quiet village: With WiFi. 93 m2: downstairs: living room so fitted kitchen, dining area, living room , washing machine area, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms . Bed sheets provided, beds ready. Bathroom; towels and gloves provided, separate toilet. Courette in front of the house with table and 4 chairs. Parking opposite for a car , large garden. Dog accepted; but not allowed in the rooms as well as leaving him alone. Non-smoking house.
