We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Swimming pool shared with us and heated from June to September (access from 10 am to 7 pm). 10 min from the city center of Angoulême. A little slice of heaven: an oasis in the heart of the city and a good hour from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.
