We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

The outdoor space is framed by towering trees, featuring a cozy fire pit surrounded by four wooden adirondack chairs. Two hanging egg chairs are suspended from a wooden structure, adding a playful touch. Warm lights are strung above, creating a welcoming ambiance.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
