It’s less than a half mile walk to the CDA Resort, city beach, and the Sherman Avenue strip with restaurants and quaint shops. Plenty of street parking, sweet neighbors and a house furnished with style and comfort in mind! Come stay!!

This 2024 refreshed petite bungalow is a 2 bdrm, 1 bath home with a well stocked kitchen, bar height table w/ stools, newer furniture & rugs, electric fireplace, 60” HDTV w/Roku, full (VERY small) bathroom and a new W/D laundry set. The large enclosed rear yard provides a nice place to sit and relax. Coffee pods, creamers, shampoo, bar soap etc are provided to start your stay. Walkable to Lake CDA, Tubbs Hill & Sherman Ave for all shopping, coffee shops, & fabulous dining. Permitted STR.

This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .
