Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). Thanks Sher

There is one bedroom with a full mattress, a queen sleep sofa and a twin in the kitchen/utility room with a ceiling mounted privacy curtain. Moose Creek runs behind our place so it makes for a lovely setting.
