Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.

The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
