One bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta. Enjoy the bike, guitar, record player, Bluetooth speakers, 75” tv, ice maker and more. Level 2 EV charger in garage. One outside parking space. There is space for an additional vehicle inside the garage (compact only). This cottage is located behind a separate Airbnb, separated by a large parking pad.

Step out from the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of private property while taking in the scenic views. Just minutes away, you'll find a Super Kroger, LongHorn, Walmart, Applebee’s, and other restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, and we also provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.
