Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.
