Elaborada a base de tecnicas ecologicas; con techo y paredes de arena y tierra de rio, para mantener temperaturas agradables. Ubicada a unos metros del nuncio de bienvenida a la localidad. Carretera a 20 metros, parque ecoturistico a 5 minutos, cascada el Mirador a 10 minutos, cascada el Salto a 15 minutos, cascada Minas Viejas a 40 minutes. Justo enfrente de la carretera se ubica el andador, donde puede correr por la mañana o llegar caminando a algunos de los lugares mencionados.
