The Villa consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a wooden kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with wooden porch, where you will find a corner equipped with deckchairs and sofas to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Indoor parking for two cars, outdoor shower and laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop etc... are all within walking distance, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite which is only 100 metres away, where you will find entertainment and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Circeo. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
