The Villa consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a wooden kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with wooden porch, where you will find a corner equipped with deckchairs and sofas to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Indoor parking for two cars, outdoor shower and laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop etc... are all within walking distance, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite which is only 100 metres away, where you will find entertainment and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Circeo. Also just a 10-minute drive, you'll find the ports of Terracina and San Felice for easy access to the Pontine Islands. Villa Leo awaits you and your four-legged friends.

We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
