La casa all'interno è composta da una comoda cucina soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale e un bagno. All'esterno offre una bellissima terrazza con tavolo, sdraio e accesso a un grande giardino, ideale per i più piccoli, dove possono giocare e divertirsi in mezzo alla natura che li circonda.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

Villa Toleda the sea and the nature

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.
