Incantevole villa a schiera, situata nel parco più bello e prestigioso di Scalea, con discesa privata alla spiaggia del complesso residenziale. La struttura si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra due giardini, il secondo a picco sul mare e vista panoramica sul golfo di Policastro, ampio soggiorno, cucina attrezzata e bagno; al primo piano camera da letto matrimoniale con terrazzo vista mare e seconda camera con tre posti letto e bagno.
