For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Our atmospheric cottage, on the first line from the water, provides a spectacular view and experience every day. Our guests have access to a wooden terrace, sun loungers, a fire pit, a Mongolian grill and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the attractions that will make their stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak, and catamaran are all within easy reach.

Welcome to a charming, year-round cottage located on a beautiful slope overlooking the Vistula River. The cottage is only 30 meters from the river. The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)
