This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Irreplace, a designer villa that has just been completed in August 2022. The large 200 m² yard has a rainy day BBQ area, and is a facility where everyone from small children to adults can play. There are 4 bedrooms, making it suitable for groups of around 10 people and 3-4 families with small children. You can spend time while protecting the privacy of each family. The Ichinomiya area can be reached in about 80 minutes from Tokyo. Please spend an irreplaceable time with your family and friends. * There is an additional 10,000 yen fee for using the barrel sauna. * Pets are only allowed if they are well trained small dogs that will not damage the furniture. There will be an additional cost of ¥3,000 per pet. There are no dog goods. * According to the Ichinomiya-cho ordinance, the garden can only be used until 9 pm. Please enjoy yourself indoors after that! ※ Fireworks are prohibited because the garden in the facility is artificial turf. "W-house" (double house) is a private beach house a 5-minute walk from the sea in Kujukuri and Shirako-cho, Chiba Prefecture.24-hour stay (12:00 out→ after 12:00) You can stay slowly with a plan (* GW (4/26-5/6), summer vacation (7/19-9/30)).There is a large 6LDK, BBQ empty-handed from lunch (paid), a large-screen projector with an unlimited playroom for Switch, and 4 work desks.Great for families with children and friends!There are beaches, expansive parks, one-day hot springs, convenience stores, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.Recently, corporate training and development camps have increased. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.
