House in Cholet 20 minutes from Puy du Fou 4 beds garden

Charming little house 10 minutes' walk from the city center and the train station, Sacré-Cœur district. 5 minutes from all shops, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco... The house is located in front of my own house. The common garden is located in the middle of the 2 houses. On the other hand, a small private garden with barbecue is reserved for the rental house (see photo). Parking is easily done on the street. The entrance to the house is 40 meters from the street and accessible by private road.

Lots of charm for this small independent house, completely renovated in March 2022. Ideally located on a quiet street, you will be 2 steps from downtown Cholet, its shops and restaurants, the Saint-Louis theater. You will enjoy a small garden and terrace on the banks of the Moine. Parking is easy and free on the street. Linens, towels and basic products are provided. Ironing board and iron available. The beds are made on arrival.
