Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

The town of Tunbridge Wells with its lovely Pantiles, restaurants and theatre, along with Hever Castle are close at hand. The village boast three pubs with the Leicester Arms a stones throw away.

There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.
