The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please.) Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

We offer a quiet and secure, fully self-contained accommodation with WIFI for 2/3 people in a semi-rural setting, over looking the fields behind. The accomodation is located to the rear of the garden. The french windows opens out on to a private patio, seating and a BBQ area. The drive is private and can be accessed with a key pad at the gate. We are close to the beach, country walks, South downs and cycle routes. We have chickens and bees on the property. Dogs are welcome but need to be on lead

It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints.
