A fully renovated cottage in the unique conservation area of Matlock bank with an open plan living room and double bedroom. Downstairs The kitchen has everything you need including a full size dishwasher, microwave and enough pots, pans & utensils to whip up a fabulous meal. A fabulous Nespresso coffee machine and pods provided means you’ll wake up on your first morning with a kick start to the day. The dining table extends to seat up to 4 guests, the Smart television and inclusive internet means you’ll have all you need to relax or entertain. The open fire uses kiln dried logs or similar giving a wonderful homely feel to snuggle up. Upstairs You’ll find a sumptuous double bed, wardrobe with drawers, hairdryer and iron & mini-board. The desperate fully refurbished bathroom has a large shower, basin and all the amenities you’ll need to refresh yourself for a great day out or ready to relax.

Situated on the edge of the Peak District Park, this is the ideal base for exploring Derbyshire. The Cottage is situated on Chatsworth Road just 10 minutes drive from the ‘Palace of the Peak District’. A short journey and you will discover other wonders of the Peak at places like Matlock, Bakewell, Castleton and Buxton. The historic market town of Chesterfield and the famous Crooked Spire is just a 20 minute walk down the Brampton Mile where you will find some great places to shop, eat & drink.

Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. The Hideaway is an attractive cottage with wonderful views, contemporary decoration, consisting of a kitchen/living space, bedroom, shower room & west facing balcony all accessed from your private entrance with self check-in. Hidden away on the lovely wooded hillside of the Derwent Valley between Bakewell and Matlock, within 3 miles of Chatsworth House & Haddon Hall. Great for walkers, situated down a quiet lane, with fantastic walks from the front door through woodland, fields or moorland.

Hillside is a newly built limestone self contained holiday let, on the edge of a pretty Derbyshire village. Hillside overlooks the village of Bonsall (near Matlock) offering beautiful views from the windows and private patio of the village and surrounding countryside. Bonsall offers 2 excellent pubs, cafe and village shop. There are numerous walks from the doorstep - the Limestone Way passes through the village. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Dove Dale and the Monsal Trails are all a short drive away.
