The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

A beautifully appointed 2 double bedroom 17th Century Coach House on the village green in the beautiful village of Kirtlington. Close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds, Kirtlington Park, Oxfordshire Way, Diddly Squat Farm and Bicester Village Shopping outlet. We have a great local pub, The Oxford Arms, a very popular new restaurant at The Dashwood by Aziz, with other eateries a short drive away. Luxury barn conversion bordering the Cotswolds

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

The large living area contains a double sofa bed which means the Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The Barn is located down a private lane close to the beautiful Cotswolds, the famous Soho Farm, Diddly Squat farm, Blenheim palace and Bicester Village. The property is surrounded by trees, the bird song is wonderful.
