“Very cute little weekend getaway! Outdoor space was great, beds were very comfortable. Nice touches like s’mores supplies, coffee, and toiletries provided. A bit disappointed that there was no view, pictures were a little misleading on that. Darker curtains would be nice for those that like to sleep past sunrise. Overall, very nice and would recommend.”
ADDED cleaning precautions and guest rules for the Covid-era of sharing our home. See House Rules. More details upon inquiry. Our place is conveniently located on a residential road that’s close to town but also private. You’ll love the shaded and spacious backyard with its towering oaks and thick patches of bamboo. Guests are welcome to hang out by the campfire, toss some horseshoes or take a load off at the deck overlooking the creek. Pet friendly see info below
“Nonah’s place was great. Super clean (basically spotless). It had all the amenities we needed. Her advertisement was very accurate. Check in and check out was very easy. I saw a couple reviews that talked about the location being bad or less than desirable. I felt the location was a non-issue. The area around the Casino in Cherokee isn’t pristine to begin with. The house is nestled back off the street, totally fenced in, and backed right up to the river. You’re in your own little world. We would stay here again without question!”
Enjoy spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains during your stay at Blue Bear Cabin. Located in a secluded, quiet gated neighborhood just 30 minutes from Bryson City. Huge powerful hot tub to enjoy an amazing view of the stars at night. Large porch for watching the morning clouds roll over the mountains. Get away from it all or enjoy time at the Great Smoky National Park. There's never a shortage of things to do. Please note: Renters must be at least 23 years of age.
“Vicki's place is a beautiful secluded cabin to disconnect away from everything. We enjoyed using the hot tub during the day and watching the sunset on the patio over a glass of wine. The views from the cabin are incredible. There is plenty to do in the cabin that you could easily not leave for a few days - firepit, shuffleboard, games. It is a bit far from town/hikes so planning ahead is helpful so you are not wasting time driving back and forth. I would not recommend making this drive at night as the road is narrow some of the turns would be a scary in the dark.”
