A wonderful place for travelers from two separate rooms (each room closes) is in the historical honor of Kiev. The bathroom is separate. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, dishes. Equipped with a working space. The apartment is on the first floor of a nine-story building with a high basement. There is a 24/7 supermarket within a 5-minute walk, a number of cafes and restaurants and of course the indescribable atmosphere of ancient Podil everywhere.

Sokil Estate is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a clay wood-burning oven for cooking.
